Built-in Polls
Ask the team a question directly in the feed. Each employee gets one vote, which they can change, and the poll shows the vote count for each option.
Reactions & Comments
Employees react with an emoji or leave a comment, and can mention a colleague with @ to send them a notification. Conversation stays with the post.
Recognition in the Feed
Kudos and shoutouts land in the same feed as company news, so appreciation is visible rather than private.
Birthdays and anniversaries
